TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Our philosophy is that IT should improve your bottom line – whether it is managing your data in a superior way, providing relevant and up to the minute information or streamlining processes. To assist that philosophy, we have a dedicated support team of technicians who are there to ensure that your IT system and solution is always up and running. ACS provides the following levels of support:

Telephone Support

We provide telephone service from 9.00-17.30, Monday to Friday. Telephone support is often the easiest way to solve a problem. Our technicians can talk you through the issue and the solution.

Remote Support

Remote support is a fast way to solve a problem. Using the latest in industry software, we log into your system and can identify software issues straightaway. It is efficient and quicker than waiting for a technician to turn up; and can resolve the issue immediately.

On-site Support

If a problem can't be resolved using the above ways, we can send out a team of technicians to help restore your damaged system and software. Due to our relationship with our hardware and software suppliers, we can source replacement parts and modules promptly.
